With Dupont jumper wires you can easily use the Male-to-Male wires for your breadboard conections; use the Female-to-Male & Male-to-Female to convert connection types or extend the total length of your jumper cable reach.

If you want to convert your Arduino pins to be Female (accepting Males) then you can simply plug a Female-to-Male wire to the desired pins on your Arduino and then connect the Male-end into your breadboard or, use another Male-To-Male to extend the length of your wire.
