PCB portable photosensitive dry film is a type of material that is used in the production of printed circuit boards (PCBs). It is a thin, flexible sheet of film that is coated with a light-sensitive photoresist material. When exposed to ultraviolet (UV) light, the photoresist material changes its properties, allowing it to be easily washed away in areas that were exposed to the light. This process is used to create the pattern of conductive tracks and pads on a PCB. The PCB portable photosensitive dry film is typically cut to size and applied to the surface of a copper-clad PCB, which has been cleaned and prepared for the photolithography process. After the film is applied and the PCB is exposed to UV light, the unwanted areas of photoresist are washed away, leaving a pattern of exposed copper on the PCB. This pattern can then be used as a template for etching the PCB, creating the final circuit pattern.
